No Thinking Involved with Rules

Studying the rules, there is no thinking involved.  Thinking in the sense of decision making is not required, but thinking of all possible situations is necessary. So, initially the King will go thru all the hands and categorize how the pot are awarded and split for each hand.  Later, after this project is over, he will add situations as they happen.
